Booking and cancellation policy
Reservations
The direct booking of the stay can be done via e-mail or by phone.
The Agriturismo, after checking availability, will notify you as soon as possible.
The reservation will be considered finalized only after the payment of a deposit which, unless otherwise agreed, must be equal to 20% of the amount. Please, email us a copy of bank receipt.
The balance of the stay must be paid in advance upon check-in.
Methods of payment accepted: cash, bank transfer, postal order, electronic money (debit card, Visa, Maestro).
Please note that payment by debit or credit card can only be made at the property.
Cancellation, delays and early departures
Hight season
(Festivities, Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve, June, July, August and September):
If a customer cancels the reservation before 30 days from the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit paid is returned (obviously, the costs of the bank transfer for
the return must be deducted). After this date, the deposit is totally withheld.
Low season:
If a customer cancels the reservation before 15 days from the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit paid is returned (obviously, the costs of the bank transfer for the return must be deducted). After this date, the deposit is totally withheld.
In both cases:
In the case of “No show” or early departure the costumer is required to pay for the entire stay booked, excluding the additional services (breakfasts & meals).
The deposit is not refunded can be used to stay in our Agriturismo, in a later period, within 6 months from the date of cancellation, availability excepted.
