Understanding the fear and the will to cancel your stay, La Romagnana adopts the following cancellation rules:
- For stays with a check-in date until April 3, the guest receives a full refund;
• For stays with a check-in date from April 4, La Romagnana applies the general cancellation conditions, with one exception, the possibility to receive a voucher with validity 12 months, for amounts already payed non refundable.
We are always available and we hope the transfer of the booking to another date, a solution of maximum common sense and mutual respect.
